I will make this quiche if it kills me

So it's a sunday, which means I have to bake something or be disappointed with myself. I settled on quiche at like 10:30 this morning, but was then PLAGUED by mistakes of my own making (aka, not having the right ingredients). Still, this quiche came out pretty effing good

it was pretty easy to make! Pie crust is the hardest part, and even that's pretty easy .
