I'd sure as hell like to know who these friends are that you're talking about. From what I've seen, none of us are all that special. I'm pretty good at testing, but I suck at everything else... I suck at explaining (which is awkward since I want to teach) and I can barely WALK effectively, let alone dance. And the only people who have ever heard me sing were extremely inebriated (at the Coheed & Cambria concert! AND SHE SCREAMED "CLAUDIO! DEAR CLAUDIO! I WISH GOD DAMMIT, WE'LL MAKE IT IF YOU BELIEVE! I have to agree. You are a good dancer; Linda used you as an EXAMPLE last night! And note, my brother couldn't even learn the BASIC turn to hustle. You know practically the whole thing! Or at least, everything that I can teach you. And you sing well; I've heard you. You do have talent; but just because you have talent doesn't mean you have to be "the best" at everything. Trust me, if that were the case, I would have gone crazy with math and science a long time ago. And besides, even if there are brilliant people here, I can assure you there are other kids out there that are more brilliant than the ones here. The key is being happy with whatever it is you have a niche in. It's only the happiness and passion that will drive you to improve.

I'll try and hide my brilliantness and perfectosity from now on. I didn't know it affected you so much. It'll be hard, but I'm going to try.

basically everyone has said what's need to be said. don't worry about being the best or perfection, worry about yourself and what you love.

but as a side note. i'm like you as well. i fail miserably at everything i try to do and i don't even have straight a's.
but i did answer a question(counted, one) in quick recall and i threw down my buzzer and was like "THANK YOU JESUS!" but for that as an example, i am not good at quick recall but i love going!
