Seattle Spit and Wildrose web sites yield no clues to whether it is on tonight, although this is a first Thursday. Therefore, I suspect not ( Read more... )

Seattle Spit has sprung out of town for spring and we'll be back in August so... no Spit tonight - BUT - please read on for an amazing opportunity...

SPIT WANTS to hear from YOU! Seattle Spit takes a community to keep us going and we need your help. If you want to see locally grown organic queer spoken word on stage, then it's time for you to get involved. That's right, we're looking for volunteers to:

get the word out
design posters
host shows
book performers.

I believe so (as it is the only broch I know in Seattle)....they have been doing spit off and on for years...

a friend of mine voluteers there, you'd probably like her actually, at least to look at.....

at least there'd be one dyke in the room...
