I need to get away & listen to a river running in the dark as I lie in bed. I can taste how much I need it. Due to some last-minute changes of plan by a person I was depending on to make this happen, that won't be happening. Given my schedule at work, this was my only chance until, say, December. Yeah, bummer. I'm trying hard to let go of

oooooh, that's awesome! I always love to hear people espousing the benefits of eastern medicine. I've been curious to try acupuncture for quite some time, but I"m not so sure it can handle "being overemotional" and "depression". :)

I'm glad you're giving in the the art today, I get the feeling they'd trample you if you didn't pay attention to them soon. :)

I'm sorry I can't help with places in Seattle, but if you'd ever like to spend time in western new york, I can surely suggest some lovely woodland places with babbling brooks. And man, do they ever babble incessantly! :)
