I was thinking yesterday, as I walked through Barnes & Noble to spend money I don't have on copies of Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Transmetropolitan, and V for Vendetta (yes, thank you credit card), about how my parents would regulate my purchases as a child. I may have miscommunicated. It wasn't so much screening from junk stuff..I watched penty of Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles, mind you. It was more a censorship of things that didn't fit with their values, which is, in my book, a completely different affair, and which complicates things some.

I grabbed a copy of Fear and Loathing, to see what the hype is about, haven't gotten into it yet though, been too busy plowing through V and not doing schoolwork.

Not even going to ask about the weasels. You remind me of a Caitlin suddenly...

Okay, so we can't blame your parents on how you turned out.

Any ideas? My next one was either radioactive agents being placed in your brain and slowly warping it, or a disease only curable to lobotomy.
