So, I ended up NOT taking that baking job at Bruegger's. As if the hellacious 5 A.M. start time wasn't bad enough, being a baker is horribly complicated and taxing. teach yourself/take some course for 3 months to occupy yourself. ex- a new language, karate class, etc.

you could also spend some of those 3 months up here :^D

Ok, this is a subject I have more knowledge about than most. Believe me, you need to get a job. Too much time on your hands is the creative kiss of death. You will end up getting couch sores from too many hours sprawled out in sweatpants watching Saved by the Bell reruns. You don't have to work at the taxing bagel factory, there are plenty of other places that would hire you. But, and I'm speaking from experience here, you have to be living life in order to have something to write about. Thankless jobs build character and give you momentum. Get thee to an employment agency young lad!
