yes! there were some lines that so perfectly distilled all that brimming rage and despair and frustration. although on the whole i don't think it was as magnificent a work as midnight's children or fame.

yes, i meant shame.

and no that post wasn't specifically to do with fury, though now you mention it i realise it's quite similar. :)
