I stood at the bus stop from 2345 to 0115 waiting for a bus home. After this a bus turned up but wasn't going my way - and the driver told me "Oh the next bus to Didcot? That doesn't leave Oxford for another hour and a half."

I was in a taxi within a minute.

The transport links are generally ok, it's just evenings and stuff that's a bit unpredictable.
