I think you're overwatering. Also, I think you should carefully trim off the brown in pic 2. I think the extra weight is hindering potential green growth. pic 4 is purty!

Arthur needs less sunlight.
I cut him before moving, he used to be about 8 feet long.
The water schedule is totally fine.
