When we were in SF last weekend I was desperately trying to find healthy options for C (once he ate through all the snacks/fruit I'd brought). I could find a certain amount of fruit, but veggies were impossible! We don't eat gluten free but I've been trying to cut it back, and ditto with that - almost impossible to find options that would work.
Add to that finding the time to plan/grocery shop and cook, and you have my full sympathies. It's just not easy to follow a healthy and/or restricted diet in our society, so best of luck!
