I was passing by the Library today and I found an interesting little notebook sitting a distance outside. It looked somewhat discarded and~ and~ It has the words 'moe note' written on it~~ I've been studying the rules closely *A*!! Apparently two people whose names are written in here will fall in love...the small text reads that it will only be temporary on certain islands in the tropics, hm. Oh well~ There's other rules in here but they seem to be dealing more or less with the timing of writing and such.
T-this is simply the best thing I have found here by far--! *____*!!! Ohhh thankyouthankyouthankyou whoever left it there so carelessly! I'll treasure it for as long as I have it!
