Just did my 35 min tae bo video and although it is outdated and Billy Blanks has blue tye-dye shorts on, it's a great cardio video. I'm really trying to switch up my workout routine bc A)the johnson center is full of people trying to get ready for spring break and B) I think my body is getting used to running/biking so I need some muscle confusion

i usually eat oatmeal or a banana with peanut butter before i go running.
