We had a bbq yesturday, lots of libdems, Suggol and katinel, Iain's brothers and Vana my new sister in law. We got a phone call saying "we've got married." Just two witnesses and then they went to Estonia for a good holiday. We bought them a popcornmaker because when ever we go to their house we get popcorn very late. Its great ( Read more... )

You should have got the guests to do it yesterday! 1sq.yd dug gets you a burger, and so on.

I'm glad that you're making progress with the diet and exercise - and it's great to actually feel that it's making a difference. And the rate is far less important than it being something that's comfortable for you, and that you can keep up. It sounds like you're finding the right combination - good luck with it!
