My sister has had a baby boy! So now Iain and I have a neice and nephew! Woopie! She had him out the sunroof and because it was during the day she got a top consultant who removed all the scar tissue away which was causing her pain left over from having Emily.

Congratulations to your sister and her family, and that means to the new Aunt and Uncle, too! And what luck with that consultant being there! I wish I'd had H in the day now, too - I could have done with somebody sorting me out after having a 10lb D!
