Okay, honestly, she's just bored. It's all very well gathering yourself to dump the boyfriend, but nobody ever tells you what to do after you're done with the crying and the eating-of-chocolate

Goldy has not stopped her flagrant invasions of privacy since Steph moved in with Mel. But she has toned down the brashness of her entrances a bit, to the point where she now gives a perfunctory knock before barging in. Apparently, a knock makes all the difference, even when one doesn't bother waiting for a reply.

"Hey there, Sweetcheeks," she says as she passes the couch. "Still in the comfort foods and sweat pants phase?"

Without checking to see what the answer is, the Fable continues on through the living room towards a different destination. Could be Steph's bedroom, could be the main bathroom....

Steph doesn't bother to look up. "Apparently. Hey, did you know Jordan had two kids? ... Who's Jordan?"

"Don't know, don't care."

The bathroom turns out to be Goldy's primary objective, for which Steph might be slightly relieved. The door stays open once she gets there, and there follow the faint sounds of clothes and boots being removed.

Steph doesn't bother to get off the couch, sighing; instead she transfers another block of chocolate to her mouth.

"...are you naked in my bathroom?"
