Guy's suck? Well most of the time I guess so. But shit, what about "life happens"? To have the opportunity to experience emotions on the other end of the spectrum of love, rainbows, unicorns and hearts--you know---heartbreak, unrequited love, is just as much of a gift as the happy crap. Equally intense emotions/feelings. No control of their intensity or when they hit....that's fucking living baby! Hell yeah it feels like the end. Having your heart and soul crushed. But few actually die from it. I think the best fucking thing to do is surrender to it, let it grind you down, but for fuck's sake, don't own the motherfucker. Definitely allow yourself to hurt and give yourself some time to immerse yourself in self pity. Then...slowly if nessasary....start letting that shit go
