basically, i'm going loco.
i'm trying to calculate my gpa to see how many courses i need to take next semester (and consequently how many T.Aships i can take on), but i'm getting different numbers than my transcript. my math

I hear you- especially on the knitting xmas gift part.

I also totally hate our 10pt scale for calculating GPA. Everything sounds so much more impressive in 4.0 terms (like, a 3.8 vs. 8.4). I've found that the automatic calcuations on transcripts are often off by a bit, so it wouldn't be surprising if yours is.

Also, I totally bought a diva cup last spring but as of yet, have STILL been unable to properly insert / wear it. So be forewarned of the difficulty before you give ALL the tampon stash away.

i had a devil of a time trying to get it in right yesterday morning... i thought i had it, but the instructions kept insisting that i should be able to rotate it in either direction to make sure it's popped open and in the right place, that it should "spin freely"... which was not the case. anyway, i consulted my roommate, and she said that rotate stuff was nonsense. she said if it felt like it popped open and wasn't uncomfortable, i had it right. geez!
