Yeah, I actually gathered my balls together and wrote a pretty nasty email in return. She eventually apologized after we went back and forth at each other for a few days, but it was one of those "not really an apology so much as a way to get it over with" things. But now I'm always cautious- "once burned" and all, y'know? :)
