W... well of course we noticed!! I haven't seen you in forever, but I figured you and Xigbar had just drifted off into your own world... When he came out with the fact you were missing, we were all really concerned... Pluto and I were going to even try and track you down once the snow settled!!!

I don't know whether to be mad at you for worrying me or happy and glad and relieved that you're okay. I guess I'll be a little of both, but mostly the latter.

What happened? Probably your father... right? What did that god-awful bastard do? What did he tell you? And why are you hurt? Why didn't you go to the ER for that eye? It's taken this long to heal, you could have lost it for god's sake! I can't keep anything down because I've been too fucking worried about you, Xaldin. But the boss man made a house trip and he's kept me on an IV for the past two days... so... you know... I'm okay, at least a little.

Y-yeah... It was him. I didn't even know he was around. Ran into him leaving a bar and...he said...things. How I reminded him of himself and how I was just like him. Didn't say anything about my mother though. Granted, I didn't give him much of a chance before I threw a punch at him.

...It reminded me why I didn't fight back against him very often before...

And my eye is fuckin' fine. It's just bruised more than it should've been since I was a dumbass and didn't do anything to stop the swelling.
