It's the excavation of the ziggurat at Ur. The Elamites beat you to this one by about 3950 years.

I kept reading those things in my head with "ur" pronounced like "Ur", and finally realized why I was doing that. You can waste a remarkable amount of time on the Wikipedia article about it and related things.
