Ok guys i just finished watching the movie "The Life of David Gale" and i don't understand some of it. At the end when the journalist was watching the last video tape and he appeared with Constantine dead on the floor is he really guilty? I am so lost did he really take part in her murder and/or suicide?

He isn't guilty. He didn't murder her. She committed suicide. And he was involved with that. Since she was already dying, just like the journalist says in the movie, why not die for something you really believe in, and feel very strongly about.
It was all for 'DeathWatch'. David had nothing else to live for since his family had moved away. And Constantine was dying of cancer, so they both decided to partake in this whole big thing, along with Dusty (the cowboy), to proove that the judicial system doesn't always work, and people who are put to death aren't always guilty, so they should put a stop to the death penalty.
