Stupid weather.

We are having some damn idiotic weather patterns. Winter has been unseasonably warm. Then we get a cold snap: -11F. Then two days later it's 50F. It's clear. It's foggy. It's raining. Sleet. Snow. Moon, no moon. Damp. Chill.

My joints ache and my head hurts. Most of the bipolars I know report having weird mood swings with the changing of the weather

Ah....our weather is similar here (though not as cold)....could be why I feel the way I've been feeling lately. I never thought to track my mood cycles with the weather, other than the obvious, I feel a bit happier in the summer than I do in the winter. It might be worth it.
Unfortunately I am an ultradian cycler. :( I'll be writing something down every five minutes! lol.
