Interesting that Carlos is going to pay for IVF, not that they would really need it, since Addie is Callie's best friend and well one would think she would help them for free or would make Naomi help them for free.
Still interesting that he's putting such a huge gift out there. Does he want to make sure to get grandchildren or does this go deeper? Can't wait to find out.
