so I've heard!

way back in the day, this guy I was seeing actively sought out an ice cream man job, thinking it'd be fun and instead found it totally depressing. that was shortly after I actively sought out the santa's helper job only to find it a royal pain in the ass. I don't know what gets into us that we think these gigs will be fun.

We think that having a weird job is awesome and then we remember that it's a job. I do get the slack off most of the day.

so when I hear "ice cream man" I picture driving a truck. is that what you're doing? or pushing a cart? because working in a shop, that is just not the same at ALL.
I worked in an ice cream shop for a few years. and it sucked at times, but there was just so much eating of good ice cream.

You people drive by my house about 10 times a day! My sister (who is almost 15) runs out of the house screeching "ICE CREAMMM MANNNNNN!!!!!!!!!"
Do you at least get free ice cream and whatnot? If so, that has to be some sort of a consolation.

the majority of the places I've worked are ice cream shops.
