I am in some serious need of a good video game. As of right now I do not have a working Playstation 2 so thats out of the question. I do believe Julia is getting one for me for my birthday which is in two weeks so I can wait to pick up some good titles for that. Which there are many. What I really need is a good title for the DS. yoshi touch and go is a challenging game. I recommend it, but it can feel like a short game. But some of the levels are randomly generated, i think, and thats fun. and there are different play modes.

I love love love Lumines for PSP and they made a game for DS called Meteos which I desperately want. It looks like the coolest fucking puzzle game, where your pieces become missles that fire off the screen at your enemy and shit like that.

Also, I don't know if Nanostray is out yet, but that game looks fun. One of those Ikaruga type games. Every play Ikaruga? So good.

I was watching some of the videos and it did look a little challenging. It was really slow paced though so i'm not sure if I would enjoy it.

I saw a preview for Nanostray, it's not out yet, but I will own it. I've played Ikaruga before. That game is the tits. Like really big ones. I love that game. Pretty much any game like that is an instant classic.

Last but not least I was unsure of Meteos. I'd like to try it first before I buy it. Maybe next time I go out to get a game i'll give it a try.

The Advance wars DS thing is out. Meteos is supposoedly good however its a puzzle game. You can import Jump super stars or whatever. They have a transalated manual on IGN. Or you know... you could stop being a bitch and tough it out till October like the rest of us. Actually theres supposed to be a couple of decent games coming out this month. Lunar, Trace Memory, and lost in blue come out this month. they come out at the end of this month actually so youre better off just waiting for castlevania. Lost in blue looks promissing but im unclear exactly what the gameplay is like.

I saw the Lunar, I will probably by that just because I really enjoyed playing silver star story on my playstaion back in the diznay.

That game rocked back in the day. I dont think this one is gonna be as good but who knows. I was reading that you can buy a 32MB gba flash card for $50. You can take the card and load an emulater and roms on it. the only emus i saw were for nes and snes. Theres away that you can get the games onto the card using a wifi hack so you dont have to get a card reader. The way i saw it done was with a homebrew of linux. I dont think id wanna fuck around with that though. Supposovely theres this version of linux you can download onto the ds flash. the flash is only 4MB though and you need a special router with a certain kind of antena. Once its installed you can use the linux to bluetooth the roms from your pc...Now that i read all this...fuck that. Theres a gba flash card that supports compact flash cards but CF is kinda old. I read how they're gonna make one eventually that suports SD cards instead. With that you can buy a cheap SD reader for like $10 and load up a card with the emulators and roms. SD cards are much more inexpensive than ( ... )
