The ladybugs appear to have invaded my office again. I'm not sure where they're coming from this time because I don't see any outside, but dead ones are starting to accumulate on the windowsills, upside down, with their little wings poking out

At my work office.
I have a very large, very sunny corner office overlooking woods and a large lawn; I see hawks circling on thermals almost every day and in the spring I can hear the Peepers (tiny tree frogs) calling even with the windows closed.

But I no idea where the ladybugs are coming from!
