people that get high SAT scores or high GPAs are usually prestige whores and grade whores who are utterly convinced that their sole mission in life is to be "successful."

i remember reading this statistic forever ago. here you go.

The average millionaire has a GPA of 2.92, has an SAT score between 1,100 and 1,190, and has boatloads of discipline, tenacity and perseverance, core ingredients for success, especially for small business owners.

i just don't really get how half the planet is convinced that a GPA is going to be the only thing that gets you by. there is really a lot more to it than that.
