Defax has to have 3 documented cases of abuse before they can take action. Not just a childs word, but actual physical abuse. Once that's been documented, you might have to go to court if your dad can prove that he was abusive because you were disobident. If you win that case, you'd go to a girls home. You're too old for foster care, and a girls home... you'd rather be at home. Trust me, I've looked all this up and asked. My fathers physically/verbally abusive, my mothers just bi-polar and verbally abusive at times (I don't blame her as much). So be happy someones on your side and understands how you feel. Its not all that bad in the end, you just gotta remember that you don't have many more years of it. I know that sounds lame, but thats how I try to look at things.
