Nice. You can use the exact same method with all kinds of flavored milks to make a huge variety of this. I prefer the texture to pudding quite a bit, it's a bit more flan like than anything else. I'd imagine it'd be great with strawberry milk as well. That'd let a chocolate sauce get involved, and a bit of chopped mint?
