WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE PIZZA?

So I posted a few, now I'm curious. What's your favorite kind of pizza? Personally, I'm a complicated bastard. I love white pizza with sliced tomatoes, feta cheese, spinach, and red onions. It's a bit mediterranean, which fits my whole fusion food fetish.

It depends on my mood, really. Sometimes I'll want just a plain pepperoni, sometimes I'll want Every Vegetable Known To God And Man, sometimes I'll want BBQ Chicken...

I'm with you on fresh tomatoes, feta, spinach and red onion. Has to have crunchy green pepper slices too. I've taken to putting pine nuts on there too and they go great with spinach! Oh and black olives. I like to have a massive variety of toppings.

Alas, my cheese allergy means I can't have pizza much at all anymore. It's not too bad with a cheese alternative though if I'm desperate to have it. I've yet to make my own dough though.

I've never tried the pine nuts, but I do tend to put pesto in my pasta sauce for that very same reason.

If I'm doing full on mediterranean like that, I tend to go with sun dried tomatoes rather than fresh ones, and kalamata olives rather than the black ones, and I tend to use filo dough rather than pizza crust. Stuff is weapons grade yummy.

I dunno what I'd do without pizza lol.
