lol be careful. Slow roasted meat is a slippery slope. Once you get a real handle on doing it well, you'll find yourself trying to concoct methods to slow roast strange things. I slow roasted bacon for breakfast this morning. O_o (protip: low heat until it starts to firm up nicely, then flash fry it for about 15 seconds a side to caramelize the remaining fat.)
Pound per pound, as well as being way tastier (imo), most meats you can buy for slow roast are more economical than smaller steaks, as well.
