Sorry for my absence, I got a job working at an academy for at risk youth, teaching young adults the realities of working in a commercial kitchen, while at the same time helping make about 1000 dishes a day. Oh, for the record, if you're one of those people that likes slightly more mild marinara, you might want to add an extra can of tomatoes, of either kind. This is still pretty mellow, but it's a bit more hardcore than the jar stuff.
