ugh soccer amkes me feel so gross so beginning NOW(since i have finished my pizza) no more junk food. this means no more star crunches at lunch, now more potato chips and gummy fruits whenever i'm bored, basically i'm reverting to fruit, grains, and black coffee all the time. well actually, i'm not eliminating junk drinks cause that would just mean ( Read more... )

sounds like a good plan! i stopped eating junk during soccer and i still dont eat much of it and i feel wonderful! you will feel so much better and healthy food is yummy!!
