I tried to responed in the DA community but they screen the response and its taking them forever to approve mine. ;\
so heres a cut&paste of what I originally posted:
It happened to one of my friends on the site,
he said it happens when thier trying to block someone, they ban I.P adresses
that are in the same area, It will probably last acouple days if its longer call your ISP and get your IP changed.

btw, I saw your DA page and says you live in Seattle, So does he..so It might be a seattle IP thing. and your DA page doesn't list you as being a banned deviant.

Thanks, and I did reply to your post - I appreciate it. I am on a wireless network with my family so I have to figure out if there is a network IP or just a computer IP that I have to change. Unless it is just a Seattle thing - I will have to wait and see. But I've got some time sensitive projects I need to be able to acess deviantART for - which is what makes it so frusterating.

I should have known better than to state my opinion on his page - I didn't even think about it because I was merely responding to other people who were responding to my first comment. Agh...Maybe it's just time to make my own site and post my work there.

I don't know - this whole thing feels so completely surreal to me.
