I think a nostalgia meme would be really cute! I'm all for it--there are some fandoms I was WAY late in getting into and it does suck to realize that there are pretty much no fans left. :(

Although I'm wondering--do you mean Kingdom Hearts as in the part of fandom based around the first (/second) game? Because it's actually still very active due to all the new games coming out pretty much every year, and I find the fandom is quite as busy as ever. Admittedly it's easy to get lost in right now because a lot of it consists of stuff exclusive to the latest game (Birth By Sleep), but there's still a fair share of Organization XIII and Sora&co. around as well.
