Okay, here's the weirdest thing. I guess while I was away last weekend at home the guy who lives below me moved out! I heard voices downstairs today that weren't his and I overheard them making renovation plans! How weird is that? I've been trying to figure out if he was just away or actually gone, so I guess that's my answer. Anyway, I won't miss
