On a different note, I couldn't get in here yestrday - I could visit the site but I couldn't login. Every time I tried to use the 'lost password' feaature, it kept sending me bac to the same page...do you happen to know if there is some way to contact LJ without logging in? It wouldn't let me send them a message without logging in which is what I was having problems with!!!!!!!

I didn't have any problems with LJ yesterday, and haven't come across the problem of not being able to log in at all - that must have been so frustrating! So I don't know of any way to contact them without being logged in. Now that you can get in, is there anything in the FAQ about it? Had you really lost your password or were you just trying different things to get in?

I had access to the FAQ and there is nothing there about it - apparently you have to be logged in to contact them - but that was my whole problem!! You see I don't store the password here because I just have one generated for me (because of all their stupid requirements) and use that - so each time this happens, I just change the password to something new - but it wouldn't let me do that. Now that I can get in, I'm going to contact them and ask them about it. Thanks so much! :-)
