I just gave him his pain meds by dumping them into a dip in some wet cat foot in a spoon, then gave his face and cone a sponge-bath while instituting some severe scruffing.
In about an hour, I'll glove and layer up, for the ear-drops and the part where I massage his ear to get fluids to drain. Hopefully he's a dopey kitty by then.
I think they're all off wet food, outside of the food he gets while locked in the bathroom with the spoon. The collar gets so gross, and that can't be sanitary with the ear.
:( hey, I just taped a garbage bag over my trunk because it got totally full of water. Now it smells like rotting carpet!!!! YAY! Sometimes all you can do is laugh.

If you're available, let me know when you can come by, so I can give him his pain meds about an hour before.

Once the leak gets fixed, you might be able to kill the smell with a liberal 50/50 white vinegar/cheap vokda spray.
