OK so basically Tony thinks she's hot and that she's dangerous; definitely gets a slightly psycho one-night-stand-that-will-slash-your-tires vibe off of her. And he's been... Not as flirty as he normally is with her because she's so aggressive. HE IS TRYING TO BE GOOD but has no real idea how to do that, and he is also aware that he is going to fuck it up bad eventually and that Pepper will have every reason to stop giving him a chance. So he's waffling between playing along with Jennifer and being a hypocritical jerk.

despite the fact that she comes from an alternate universe and whatnot she is actually very undemanding to talk to and he likes that. he intends to pick her brain more in the future about the technicalities, but he doesn't actually want to know much about his other self; he assumes it would not be super complimentary. so mostly he just wants to flirt and banter and buy her drinks and maybe stare at her boobs a little. oh and make fun of fury, that's always good times.

Nah Steve is actually one of the few people he really genuinely likes and who has the potential to be a friend instead of just a buddy. Except he's Tony and he is not super great at other people's emotions aaaaand not super great with his own, and he compensates with banter and nonsense. But Steve pings him like crazy in several ways, plus he's such a puppy. So they might accidentally have a deep conversation one day. In the meantime he's going to enjoy having a fanboy.

The really funny thing is, Steve..... does not know Iron Man stuff. So he's fanboying Tony purely for his intelligence and mechanical awesomeness. He also thinks you're pretty cool. |Db You humor him and his puppy dorkishness and treat him like an adult, and don't seem to think he's dumb for not having much real world experience. I'VE BEEN THROUGH SHIT ANYWAY it just isn't normal people shit. Tony is awesome, Steve love you.
