Demyx! Kairi thinks he's hilarious. Not the sharpest crayon in the drawer, but he's obviously not as messed up as some of the other nobodies and she appreciates that he has hobbies and passions and isn't a grump. She wants to bother him more and generally be a loveable brat in his direction because that's how she rolls. She gets attached easily and he's no exception, so she also feels like she should look out for him when she can.

Smallest adopted niece-thing! When he thinks about it the idea of Hit-Girl still worries him - if her dad ever shows up Tony will be pretty scathing. But he likes her and most of the time he doesn't devote a lot of emotional energy to other people. XD She's bright and sassy and competent, and he also liked being given the opportunity to help, like with her security system. He likes kids who are like tiny adults, because then he doesn't have to figure out how to deal with them, but he also doesn't have to be as "on" with them. And he enjoys the hero-worship immensely, of course.

Basically Tony would protect her if she ever needed it, tries not to dwell on the serious stuff, and in the meantime likes having an adoring munchkin to talk at.

I think I mentioned last week that Tony has two categories for Parker: super fine lady and kid. On the one hand, she is physically exactly his type. He loves leggy blonds and she looks a little like Pepper, too. So he was inclined to like her from the start. He see-saws about being actively attracted to her - when she's being hot and jumping off of buildings or enjoying mistletoe, yes. When she's not, he switches his brain over to the way he deals with his kids (Mindy, Steve, Violet etc) and just finds her amusing and a little endearing, although he doesn't really think about how he thinks of people very often. Anyway, the kid-view thing is partly why he tells her stuff about the arc reactor and all that - he drops the banter faster with her sometimes because of that too.

Anyway, she's definitely someone at camp he's become fond of and wants to look after in his own very special way where he sucks at looking after anyone, starting with himself. But he means well!
