Hi, fluffyllama pointed me here since I love Snape/Sirius, and this is so lovely.

Above all, it was necessary. - That is just so perfect. Angry, distrustful, jealous and hateful men, finding something necessary in their hatred, their aggression, in each other. Wonderful.

Oh good :) It was written for you, and it was a bit scary as to whether you'd like it, as I don't know you. So I'm glad it worked.

I adore Sirius/Severus as a pairing, but it has to be nasty. There's no nice gentle love affair here :)

You're absolutely right - those two are about as far from gentle as it's possible to be. I doubt they even know the meaning of the word. But they've got such a great dynamic, where all their antagonism is incredibly intimatey somehow, and you captured that perfectly. Thank you so much! I was so happy to see this story.

Hurray for Sirius/Severus, one of my favourite pairings out there. I'm being seduced towards Lucius/Sirius and Lucius/Remus at the moment, but I'm still very keen on this pairing.

Oh good. The worst thing was having inspiration at a time when the Mouse was around. Writing angry, violent sex with a toddler just seems... wrong ;)

Alas, I am so behind on reading my flist! *sighs* *attempts to catch up*

Ooo, I liked this a lot! I think you really captured their interactions, the pure hate of it, but it's usefulness in making Sirius feel something and live.

I really liked these sentences It was sweat, it was blood, it was heat. It was lust, it was hatred, it was passion. just the feel of them with the rhythm of the repetition.

And also, I liked how the final lines linked back to the first lines -- it gave it a nice sense of completion!

I don't read too much Sirius/Severus, but I think I might have to find more of it some time soon to indulge in!

Sirius/Severus was my first slash love, and I still have a very great fondness for it, although I'm turning to a few other fairly rare pairings at the moment (Lucius/Sirius, Lucius/Remus, to name but two!). And it was nice to get this prompt and have a reminder of everything I like about these two together :)
