I am DEAD tired! I had my first appointment with my personal trainer today, and he worked me really hard. In the 30 minutes that he trained me, I was exhausted! I usually get exhausted after about 3 hours at the gym, so being tired in only 30 minutes makes me feel very weak, lol.
