Some sleeping advice: For a long time I had sleeping problems. I would look at my radio alarm clock every hour wondering if I would fall asleep that night. Then one morning I woke and realized I hadn't looked at my clock at all that past night, in fact, I didn't even remember ever even trying to fall asleep that night. I looked at my alarm clock and it was off. It had been broken since the night before. After that I bought one of those simple non-digital alarm clocks so that I woudln't be tempted to look at the time. Since then I usually fall asleep pretty easily. If this isn't your case, do you just lay in bed thinking and/or worrying? If so...I would stay stop worrying because unless you get up right then and deal with it, there won't be any use in worrying until you CAN do something about it. If you just think too much, I would say it's worth losing sleep over. I wouldn't trade twilight thoughts for anything. There's nothing like being alone with your thoughts. Weird and genius ideas can hatch and feed.
