and believe in them

specifically you have to simply expect that women will find you attractive rather than hope

and

expect that they will treat you well
and walk away if they fail to

most people judge an individuals place in the social order not by their own conceptions but rather where they sense the other person believes they belong

adjust your internal perception
and people's perception of you will follow
