i'm really freaked out.  blood has been flowing  from my nose for about an hour.  i dont really wanna die like ghengis khan, but all this tissue in my nose isnt doing shit. thankfully my t-shirt is red.

Seek medical care immediately if:

The bleeding lasts for more than 20 minutes
The nosebleed follows an accident, a fall or an injury to your head, including a punch in the face that may have broken your nose

thanks for the call. i wound up putting an icepack on it for a while and it eventually froze up.

have you been applying direct pressure to the nose? you're supposed to pinch the hell out of it for as long as it takes fr it to stop. plugging it up won't help, trust me on that.

also, you're thinking attilla the hun, not ghengis khan. i'm just sayin'...

hope by this point in time all this advice is necessary and it's under control.

i had it stuffed and was pinching it the entire time, but it kept pouring out. the t-shirt i was wearing is in the trash, and my pillowcase looks like a car wreck.

I've been falling apart lately (not sleeping and working too much) and I've had 3 random nosebleeds in the last 2 days. Like once while I was washing my hands in the restroom, another time when I was taking home a takeout box from the UC, and I cant remember when the other one occurred... but it was wierd.

yeah yeah, i'm alive, just really drained. my friend matt said i looked pale, which made me laugh a bit. i just feel like fried shit, but i only look half as bad
