Congrats man, that's a very healthy and sustainable rate of weight loss. Don't forget that if you're lifting, you're probably going to pack on muscle and cut fat, and stagnate or gain some lbs.
You should take a picture of yourself now, and again in a month or two. Keep up the good work!
trust me steve, i know all about the horrible numbers, i used to wrestle. The first month or so i only lost a pound, just because i was getting my cardio up and lifting more weights. but i think i'm in a good transistion period now, and i can continue on a healthier path, except for the boozing and smoking
