making a cookbook

Has anyone here used an online program to create a cookbook? If so or if you've looked into the programs do you have any thoughts or recommendations?

I'm currently futzing around with tastebook.com and bookemon.com.

Tastebook gives you a hardcover book with a binder to hold the recipes and 10 tabbed category pages.  Categories

For me, being able to add new recipes in the future would be more than worth the $5 difference.

I am kind of leaning that way, maybe going with the middle of the road pricing option.
