I am really glad that we got Xmas shopping out of the way early this year, as I've been pretty much out of commission all week.  I did manage to go in to work on Tuesday, but that was kind of a mistake

Oh dear! Jason has been sick for weeks and Alice started coughing yesterday. So far I'm holding strong, but I'm popping placebos like crazy. I feel like I'm the only healthy person in our entire extended family and I just don't know what we'd do if I went down.

Hope you are feeling better. Elanor and I ended up catching something (I think at a Christmas Eve party). It is cruddy being sick for the holidays!
