thats quite possibly the best thing i've ever heard. i think you saved my life. slash my mothers. but she always has eggs. so perhaps not.

i was super excited that it actually worked, there's other concoctions too, but they used vinegar or apricot puree and i think if you're baking something those things could alter the flavour too much.
