The biography of Belle and Sebastian that I'm reading currently is a pretty decent (not to mention the only) one, but I don't know how much I love the author, Paul Whitelaw. Granted, he never claimed to come at the book like an objective journalist - he makes it pretty clear that he's a fan, and that comes through in the writing. It doesn't bother ( Read more... )

Tigermilk is my favourite B&S album. Again, the first one I heard--therefore I'm biased. But then, I never claimed to be terribly discriminating, did I?

Yeah, they're rapidly approaching "Favorite Band" status for me. It's dangerously fanatical territory.

The biography's pretty good, but that graphic novel thing from Image looks amazing! Did you look at that? That's such a brilliant idea.
